Meet Ranjani โ born and raised in Rajapalayam, she grew up watching her parents treat every person around them with genuine warmth and respect. That simple way of living shaped everything she became.
Her path into psychology was inspired by a woman who brought joy to countless families through safe pregnancies and deliveries โ it showed Ranjani what it truly means to transform someone's life. From that moment, her purpose became clear: to be in spaces where people heal, smile, and live fully.
A postgraduate from Madras School of Social Work, she has spent 4+ years working as a psychologist and school counsellor across various institutions โ with a special place in her heart for adolescents navigating fear, identity, and big life decisions like choosing their stream. Today, through R Thera Wellness, she brings that same grounded warmth to individuals, students, and families โ creating a space where everyone feels genuinely heard.
